7. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds

For projects structured with milestone payments, refunds for completed milestones are not available. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you retain ownership of all completed deliverables and are only billed for work actually performed up to the cancellation date.

4. Service Defects

If delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the project proposal, backendvisionworks will, at its discretion: remedy the defects at no additional cost, provide a partial refund proportional to the deficiency, or offer service credits for future projects.
